Terms of Service

By accessing or using PrintableChoreChart.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

PrintableChoreChart.com is a free web application that allows you to browse, customize, and download printable chore chart templates. Templates feature AI-generated themed backgrounds. Chart customization and PDF generation are performed in your browser. The service is provided as-is and may change at any time.

You may use the service without an account. Creating an account provides additional features such as watermark-free downloads and download history. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share your credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Maintain only one account per person.

• Anonymous — Free access to all templates. Downloaded charts include a small "Designed by Flinkis" watermark.
• Registered — Free account with email signup. Downloaded charts do not include a watermark but retain the "Designed by Flinkis" credit line.
• Premium — Paid subscription (when available). Downloaded charts are fully white-label with no watermark or credit.

You may use downloaded templates for:

• Personal and family use at home.
• Educational and classroom use.
• Non-commercial use in community or nonprofit settings.

• Selling, redistributing, or sublicensing templates or template designs as your own product (e.g., on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or similar marketplaces).
• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic copying of templates or site content.
• Attempting to circumvent watermarks, rate limits, authentication, or other security measures.
• Impersonating another user or misrepresenting your identity.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of the application.

All template designs, AI-generated artwork, website content, and source code are the property of HalalLens or its licensors. Downloading a template grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template as described in the Permitted Use section above. This license does not transfer ownership of the template design.

Templates downloaded by Anonymous and Registered users include a "Designed by Flinkis" credit. You may not remove this credit unless you hold a Premium subscription. The credit must remain visible on printed or shared copies.

When you customize a template, you provide content such as children's names and chore descriptions. This content is processed entirely in your browser and is not stored on our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you add to templates.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HalalLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norway.
